has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 23, lines 5 through 7, strike the commas and the underscored language.

     2. On page 24, line 11, remove the brackets and the line through "and".

     3. On page 25, strike lines 11 through 15.

     4. On page 34, line 1, strike the colon and the item designation "1)" and on line 2, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 3 through 7.

     5. On page 34, line 24, strike the colon and the item designation "1)", on line 25, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and on page 35, strike lines 1 through 3.

     6. On page 48, line 17, strike the second occurrence of ""qualified research"" and insert in lieu thereof "research:" and on lines 18 through 25, remove the bracket and line-through.

     7. On page 49, lines 1 through 3, remove the bracket and line-through and on lines 3 and 4, strike the underscored language.
